Our client is a leading manufacturer of land systems. They design and manufacture a variety of platforms for international military and law enforcement.
Description
As an Engineering Manager your main objective will be to develop, plan, schedule, and architect work progress by ensuring the application of technical due process, technical risk and abatement management processes.
You will carry out detailed Planning of the projects with all stakeholders by creating the WBS and SOW’s. for both complete programs and per sub project which will enable you to manage a requirements compliance register and review with clients.
You should be able to manage the development budget, offer technical support during contractual negotiations, chair the local technical committees, support the Customer Technical Committee, and perform specific training on Blast Simulation.
Successful Applicant
Master’s Degree in Technical or Engineering with advanced knowledge in Project Management of complex equipment projects and team management.
20+ years’ experience; preferably in a defence vehicle manufacturing / engineering environment.
You must possess Analytical and Technical skills required to understand manufacturing / process operations, advanced computer skills as well as advanced English Language skills.
