Our client is a multinational company with a global footprint, they have a division responsible for the production of armoured vehicles with manufacturing facilities around the world.

Description

The Production & Quality Control Engineering Lead is responsible for setting and achieving production targets in line with company strategy, planning and conducting internal Quality Audit schedules for vehicles, materials, fabrication and build processes.

To succeed you’ll be required to monitor production practices and plan the human and material requirements to deliver project in time and on cost. Working with the regional head of production you will be responsible for production targets process improvement and QMS. Additional responsibilities include team management, external stakeholder management and leading client site visits.

Successful Applicant

You will have

10 + years in Automotive Manufacturing sector
At least 5 years in quality & production
3 + years experience leading an established engineering team
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Indian language skills – Telugu, Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam
Spoken Arabic is highly desirable
